Business Manuals Made Easy products are intangible goods that are digitally delivered, we therefore do not issue refunds once the order is placed and the product is delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any items from our site.  If you have any questions regarding an item please ask us before you make a purchase by sending us an email at info@businessmanualsmadeeasy.com

If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.

We will honour requests for refund for the following reasons:

- the manual you downloaded was clearly not the manual stated at checkout (i.e the wrong manual file was associated with the manual purchased)

- if any of the add-ons are defected, eg; doesn't have the correct manuals in it/ wrong manuals
