Q: How do I receive my business manuals?

A: Add the business manuals you would like to buy to your cart and proceed to checkout. From there, either check out as a guest or register with businessmanualsmadeeasy.com. Once payment is received, you will get a download link to the email you provided. Simply click on the link and start downloading your business manual

Q: I haven't received my business manual. Where is it?

A: It's possible the download link went into your junk mail folder. If you still haven't received it, let us know by sending us a message on the Contact page

Q: What do I need to view my manual?

A: All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download it free by going to this webpage

Q: Why is it taking so long to download my manual?

A: Download time depends on your Internet connection and size of the manual. While we try to keep the size of the manuals to a minimum, some manuals have a lot of illustrations and pages which increases the size of the PDF

Q: I only have a cafe that sells coffee and beverages, do I need the Food Safety Manual

A: Yes, if you are using fruit or dairy, you are required as part of your Food Licence to have a Food Safety Manual
